Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Please note that processing times may be shorter or longer depending on order volume and seasonal fluctuations. if you order multiple items in a transaction and it includes a pre-ordered item, the entire shipment will be sent once all items arrive. if you want the in stock item immediately, order available items through a separate transaction. We appreciate your patience during busier periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout using USPS rates through a third-party shipping system. Rates are based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
Insurance & Package Protection
All packages are fully insured for the total order amount to protect against loss or damage while in transit. Insurance coverage applies through the shipping carrier once the package has been shipped.
REFUND POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you receive an item not in the advertised condition, please reach out by EMAIL with photos to contact@alphavaultcollectibles.com. all claims must be sent in within 5 days of receipt.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please reach out to the carrier as all shipments are insured to the order amount.
cancellations
all cancelled items are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. all returned orders are subject to a minimum 20% re-stocking fee.
